b) Preparation of Equipment The Client must ensure that the equipment is appropriately prepared for transportation, including proper packaging, securing loose components, and compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
a. While we take all reasonable precautions to ensure the safe transportation of your equipment, Equipment Transport shall not be held liable for any loss, damage, or delay during transit.
b. We recommend obtaining insurance coverage for your equipment during transportation, and you are responsible for verifying the adequacy of such coverage.
a. You agree to indemnify and hold Equipment Transport, its employees, agents, and affiliates harmless from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising out of your use of our services or any violation of these terms.
