a) Loss or Damage: Equipment Transport shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or theft of equipment during transit, loading, unloading, or any other phase of the transportation process. Clients are advised to adequately insure their equipment against such risks.
b) Delays: While we make every effort to adhere to scheduled timelines, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to traffic conditions, weather, accidents, or force majeure events. Equipment Transport Inc. shall not be held liable for any losses or damages arising from such delays.
c) Third-Party Services: Equipment Transport services may involve the engagement of third-party providers for certain aspects of the transportation process. Equipment Transport Inc. disclaims any responsibility for the actions, omissions, or conduct of these third-party service providers.
a) Accurate Information: Clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete information regarding the equipment to be transported, pickup and delivery locations, and any special handling instructions.
b) Preparation of Equipment: The Client must ensure that the equipment is appropriately prepared for transportation, including proper packaging, securing loose components, and compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
